SHIPPING POLICY

Hipsy Aura Botanicals ships with the Standard Shipping Rate to ensure your products get to you in a timely fashion. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

If you are participating in our Earth Fill Programs, the customer is responsible for shipping the vessel to our address and paying for shipping to return the filled vessel.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY:

The customer can return any product they are not satisfied with within 15 days of the original purchase or exchange agreement for a full refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If an exchange is needed, the customer must reach out to Hipsy Aura Botanicals via email or social media within 30 days of the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the exchange.
