Hipsy aura custom orders
For our customers that choose to take advantage of our Earth Fill Programs ( Refills or Bring Your Own Vessel):

REFILLS:
When you purchase a candle from HIpsy Aura Botanicals, we believe in recycling to the best of our ability. Once your candle is finished, you can order a refill of your vessel that you purchased from Hipsy at a discounted rate, not including shipping.

BRING YOUR OWN VESSEL:
If you have a vessel laying around that you want to turn into a candle, Hipsy Aura Botanicals LOVES this! Fill out the form on the Earth Fill page and we will send you a quote. You must know the size or approximate size of the vessel in OZ. Once a price is agreed upon, Hipsy Aura Botanicals reserves the right to change the price once the vessel is in the possession of HIpsy Aura Botanicals and will notify the customer via email to approve the change in price before pouring the candle.

If the customer does NOT agree with the new pricing, Hipsy Aura Botanicals will ship the vessel back to the customer at the standard shipping rate with no additional charge.
